Shabbat Morning Service & Torah Discussion (in-person indoors & livestreamed)

Saturday, February 5, 2022 4 Adar I 5782

10:00 AM - 11:45 AM

Join us for Shabbat morning services, complete with a Torah reading and discussion. Get ready to sing, reflect, and sink into Shabbat in community.

Also during this service we will have an opportunity to remember and honor Lenny Braverman, zichrono livracha, as a community in the wake of his recent passing. His sisters, Gail and Paula, will be joining us virtually. They'll have an aliyah and will share some stories about him with us, and others who'd like to can speak as well; and those who are comfortable are invited to share a l'chayim and a treat in his honor after the service.

We will be holding this service indoors in Parish Hall in Reformation (212 East Capitol Street, NE). Masks will be required to be worn throughout by everyone, except for our service leaders and during kiddush after the service when you're actively eating or drinking. Social distancing will be encouraged.

For those of you not joining us in person, this service will be livestreamed; in order to view the livestream, just go to the Hill Havurah YouTube page from any smartphone or computer. If you experience technical difficulties with the livestream, switching browsers can sometimes help.

If you'd like to borrow a Shabbat siddur from us, you can contact Alan at alan.shusterman@hillhavurah.org.

If you'd like to join us in person, please register here.
