In-Person Event Protocols

The following protocols are required for attending Hill Havurah in-person events:
  • All attendees will have completed and signed our ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY RELATING TO CORONAVIRUS/COVID-1. You can find it and sign it online here; and you can download a PDF of it here.
  • All attendees will pre-register and provide contact information.
  • All attendees aged 3 and older will wear a cloth face-covering for the entirety of the event. Exceptions include if a person is unable to wear a mask due to a medical condition or disability, or is physically unable to remove a mask.
  • All attendees will remain with their household group and distance themselves from other household groups by six feet during the event.
  • All attendees will provide six feet of distance between their household group and another while entering and exiting the event.
  • All attendees certify that by attending the event, no one in their household is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. Symptoms include: cough, fever, headache, new loss of taste or smell, repeated shaking with chills, sore throat, shortness of breath, and muscle pain.
  • All attendees will practice proper hand hygiene, which includes hand washing, or hand sanitizing if washing is unavailable.
