Waiver

By submitting the payment you are agreeing to the waiver listed below:

All children enrolling in Hill Havurah Confirmation Program 5779 and their parents or legal guardians waive all claims against Hill Havurah, the host, the teachers, the administrative staff, volunteers, for injury, accident, illness or death occurring during or by reason of the program.

After hitting submit you will be taken to a page where you can choose to pay by e.check/direct debit for no processing fee or credit card for a small fee.   

Make sure the button populated on the payment screen says "for account balance" before clicking "Confirm and Continue" and you're done!
