Rabbi Hannah and Pastor Dalton of Mount Moriah Baptist Church are offering a special three-part interfaith text study on the holy land and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Hill Havurah and Mt. Moriah will be coming together to learn, share, listen, and reflect on this topic that's so close to our hearts and so far from polite conversation. Our conversations will be enriched with scriptural texts as well as the words of ancient rabbinic, medieval, and modern thinkers.
We're hoping that participants will be able to commit to attending all three sessions, as we will be building community and understanding over the course of the three evenings. Here are the dates and locations:
- Wednesday, 1/8/2020, 7:00-8:30pm at Reformation (212 East Capitol St., NE)
- Wednesday, 1/22/2020, 7:00-8:30pm at Mt. Moriah (1636 East Capitol St., NE)
- Wednesday, 2/5/2020, 7:00-8:30pm at Reformation (212 East Capitol St., NE)
