A Super Simchat Torah Celebration!

It was fantastic that so many of you joined us on Monday evening for our Simchat Torah Celebration -- and on Sunday afternoon for our pre-Simchat Torah program for families with young children.

A Joyous Sukkot Celebration!

We're so glad so many of you were able to join us on Sunday evening for our sukkah party -- and decorating the sukkah before that. It was a fun-filled time for all ages!

A Shavuot Celebration for All Ages!

Our Shavuot Celebration with our friends from Bet Mishpachah was engaging and fun for all ages. After enjoying some socializing and plenty of bagels, cream cheese, cheesecake, and other treats outside, most of the adults moved inside for a dramatic reading of the Book of Ruth, followed by a discussion of what makes a "torah family." Most of the kids remained outdoors for some creative, energetic hands-on learning and celebrating. It was wonderful that so many of us could come together for this special day.

A Marvelous Lag B'Omer Picnic!

It was a glorious evening for our Lag B'Omer picnic in Garfield Park. There was an ample array of food and beverages, and good spirits all around. The kids particularly enjoyed the campfire, toy archery sets, and kite flying. It was so nice to all come together and reignite this annual Hill Havurah tradition, which had been cancelled by Covid the past two years.
