Join us for our monthly Kabbalat Shabbat service, outside in front of Reformation (at 212 E. Capitol St., NE). We’ll welcome Shabbat with song and prayer, and kick off the weekend in community.

This month we will have a special guest with us, Marilyn Price, international storyteller, puppeteer, educator, and author. “Over the years Marilyn and her puppets have traveled to every corner of the United States using original scripts based on the Bible, the Midrash, and Hasidic tales. Her choice of materials -- she makes all her puppets -- reflects her impish sense of humor as nerf balls, feather dusters, toilet paper tubes, and baby sleepers come to life with her touch.” Some of you may remember Marilyn from the last time she visited us (from Chicago), in February 2020.

In the event of inclement weather, this event will be moved inside to Parish Hall -- with masks and social distancing required -- and all registrants will be notified.
