Gan Shalom Cooperative Jewish Preschool on the Hill opened its doors at 118 Tenth Street NE in September, 2010 with an inaugural class of eight students (see photo).  We have since added another class of eight students and now operate on a Monday-Wednesday-Friday or Tuesday-Thursday schedule.

Our terrific lead teacher, Mary Meyerson, has 20+ years of experience in Jewish education and school administration.  Our other teacher, Fyllis Peckman, is a wonderful addition to our Gan Shalom family, and our parent volunteers co-teach each session on a rotating basis.
